1. About us and these terms

Ekta FitnessFlow ("we", "us", "our") offers an online Tai Chi programme run by Ekta. These terms form an agreement between you and us. If you do not agree, please do not enrol or use the service.

2. What the programme is

We offer a live Tai Chi class at 8 AM IST, Monday to Friday, and recordings of those classes for members who prefer to practise on their own time.

The Personal Coaching plan additionally includes a 30-minute one-to-one consultation each week and a tailored diet plan prepared with you. Any consultation with a dietician or an Ayurveda doctor panel, or any individual specialist consultation, is optional and billed separately at the applicable fee.

The programme is a general wellness and fitness routine. It is not medical care, physiotherapy, or treatment of any condition.

3. Your account

You must give accurate information when you enrol. Your account and access are for you alone. Do not share your login, and do not record, download, copy, re-stream, or share the class videos or links with anyone.

4. Fees and billing

Fees are shown and charged in Indian Rupees (INR). Any other currency shown on the site is an approximate guide only; the actual amount is set by your bank or card provider.

Monthly plans renew automatically on the 1st of each month until you cancel. Three-month plans are paid upfront for the period. By subscribing to a monthly plan, you authorise us (and our payment provider) to charge your chosen payment method on each renewal date.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time before your next renewal date to stop future charges. When you cancel, your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for; it is not cut short.

6. Refunds, fees are non-refundable

All fees are non-refundable. This applies when you first enrol and again each time a plan renews, regardless of whether you attend the live class, watch the recordings, or use the programme at all, and regardless of whether you later change your mind or are dissatisfied.

Because enrolment is non-refundable, we let you watch one full sample class for free before you decide. Please use it.

7. Access to classes (the 48-hour window)

Each class becomes available to you for 48 hours from the moment you first start watching it. After 48 hours it locks. This is intentional: the programme is built around practising consistently, not building a library you never open.

If you genuinely miss your window, you can request a reopen. We may reset access for another 48 hours at our discretion in reasonable cases; this is a courtesy, not an entitlement, and is not meant to be used routinely.

For live classes, the Google Meet link, reminders, and announcements are shared in our WhatsApp community, which enrolled members join. Keeping access to that community is part of participating.

8. Our content

All classes, recordings, diet plans, and materials are our intellectual property and are licensed to you for your personal, non-transferable use only. Any copying, distribution, public showing, or resale is not allowed and may end your access without refund.

9. Conduct

Please be respectful to Ekta and other members in the live classes and the WhatsApp community. We may remove, suspend, or end the access of anyone who is abusive, disruptive, or who breaches these terms, without refund.

10. Health and safety

Your participation is also subject to our Authorization & Release, which covers important points about your health, the risks of exercise, and the fact that Ekta is a self-taught coach and not a doctor or certified instructor. Please read it carefully, you accept it when you enrol.

11. Changes

We may change the schedule, class content, plans, prices, or these terms from time to time. If we change prices, the new price applies from your next renewal. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Noida, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction, unless the law requires otherwise.
