Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Try before you pay

Before you join a paid plan, you can watch one full sample class for free. We strongly encourage you to use it so you know exactly what you are signing up for.

2. Payments and renewals

Monthly plans renew automatically each cycle until you cancel. Three-month plans are paid upfront for the full period. By subscribing, you authorise us and our payment provider to charge your chosen method on each renewal date.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time before your next renewal date to stop future charges. Your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for, it is not cut short. To cancel, write to us or message us on WhatsApp and we will confirm.

4. Refunds

All fees are non-refundable. This applies when you first enrol and again each time a plan renews, regardless of whether you attend the live class, watch the recordings, or use the programme at all, and regardless of whether you later change your mind. This is why we give you a free sample class before you decide.

If you are ever charged in genuine error (for example a duplicate charge), contact us and we will review it and refund any verified error to the original payment method.
