1. Who we are

Ekta FitnessFlow is an online Tai Chi programme run by Ekta and operated by Lokesh Pant & Sons (HUF). You can reach us at ektafitnessflow@gmail.com.

2. What we collect

When you enquire or enrol, we collect your name, phone number, email, and the details you choose to share about your goals, fitness level, and any health notes relevant to practising safely.

When you become a member we keep your account details, your class access and attendance, and records of the payments you make.

We do not collect more than we need, and we never ask for sensitive financial details like card or bank numbers, those are handled entirely by our payment provider, not by us.

3. Why we use it

To deliver the classes, manage your account and access, keep you safe (health notes), respond to you, send class-related reminders and announcements, and process your payments and renewals.

4. Health information

Any health details you share are used only to help you practise safely and to guide the class. We treat them as confidential and do not publish or share them. We only feature a member's name, photo, or words publicly (for example a testimonial) with that member's permission.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the programme: our payment provider (Razorpay) to process payments, and our hosting and video providers to store your account and deliver classes securely. Each handles data under its own terms.

We may disclose information if required by law.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use a secure session cookie to keep you logged in. We also use Google Analytics to understand how our website is used, for example which pages people visit; it sets cookies and collects usage data in an aggregated way to help us improve the site. We do not use advertising cookies and we do not sell this data.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as you have an account with us and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal and record-keeping needs. You can ask us to delete your account and data at any time.

8. Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your personal information, or opt out of non-essential messages, by writing to ektafitnessflow@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
